Few days passed, Ghana’s biggest award event “VGMA” organised by Charter House in collaboration with Vodafone Ghana which was held at the Accra International Conference Centre(AICC) was held for three days from the (28th-30th August) due to the Covid19 protocols layed down to be observed there were no tickets sold but rather was strictly by invitation but yet was fully packed with fun and high expectations from fans, musicians and industrial players. Vodafone Ghana Music Awards with the abbreviation VGMA is an event annually organised to celebrate legends in music and players in the music industry as well. 


Acts like Fameye, EnoBarony, Kelvynboy, Strongman, Kofi Mole among others graced the event with some outstanding performances which made the show worth watching from home and the foreground. This years VGMA21 board came up their list of award winners which shifted emotions and wild expectations from viewers witnessing this occasion. This years list of award winners begun the Instrumentalist Of The Year Winner Emmanuel Bludo and was crowned on the grand finale with the Artist of Yhe Year Kwame Eugene. Above are the list of deserving individuals and groups who were awarded albeit the award was based on a thirty percent vote from the board and a seventy percent vote from the public. There are some controversies coming out from the event about some awards and their winners in as much as the music festival ended smoothly and successfully. According to the public, some artistes were not deserving of certain awards because there were better people who should have been awarded rightfully.
